Receive guidance and mentoring from career coaches therapy to support you in mapping our your professional goals Weekly 1:1 supervision with an experienced Senior Speech Pathologist Optional weekly online peer supervision Clinical specialisation programs for those looking to grow their skills Daily check-ins from your team leader A structured onboarding process where you will shadow other clinicians before getting started A gradual increase of caseload Administration support team to allow you to focus on what you do best Progression pathways into operations or clinical areas The Team Vibe: Collaborate within a dynamic, multidisciplinary workspace that fosters a positive work culture.

The team places a strong emphasis on collaboration among therapists and gets together for social events such as; craft nights, escape rooms, bowling, nature hikes and dinners out.
