Job Overview

The role of a Gardening Maintenance Specialist involves performing all aspects of gardening, lawn care, and grounds maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mowing multiple lawns per day to ensure the outdoor spaces look well-manicured and tidy.
  • Performing various gardening tasks such as pruning, weeding, and watering plants to maintain a healthy and visually appealing garden.
  • Assisting with grounds maintenance including trash removal, cleaning pathways, and ensuring overall site cleanliness.

Requirements:

  • Hold a current valid driver's license to safely operate machinery and tow trailers.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, communicating effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and responding to their queries and requests.
  • Must be fully vaccinated, including a booster shot.
  • Other essential requirements include holding a current police check or being willing to obtain one, and possessing a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service.
