You'll embark on a 24-month journey designed to build technical expertise, leadership skills, and industry experience through hands-on learning and structured development.

To be eligible for our program, you must have recently graduated within the last two years or be eligible for graduation by the end of 2026. You should have a strong academic background, demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills, be adaptable and flexible, and possess excellent communication skills.
