Commercial Associate Position

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Commercial Associate in our Hong Kong office.

About the Role

This role involves working on multiple projects from investors, strategists, and dealmakers at top-tier client organizations. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting experts, understanding the project and market context, and taking ownership of every aspect of the project.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Recruiting experts: The successful candidate will spend a significant part of their day speaking on the phone with experts who are uniquely relevant matches for client projects, often under tight deadlines.
  2. Understanding the project and market context: The candidate will need to have a deep understanding of the legal and regulatory environment in which clients and experts operate.
  3. Taking ownership of the project: The successful candidate will be responsible for every aspect of the project, from initiating and managing client-expert communications to scheduling calls to ensure seamless collaboration between them.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong academic background (undergraduate degree of 2:1 or above).
  • Relevant internship experience.
  • Fluent English language skills (C2 level required). Foreign language skills are desired.
