We are seeking a skilled Asset Manager to develop and implement asset management programs for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades, or technology and be able to effectively manage assets, provide guidance to facilities staff, and ensure data accuracy.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and Manage Asset Management Programs: Create and implement asset management programs that meet the needs of our clients, ensuring that assets are properly maintained and managed.
- Maintain Asset Registers: Ensure that asset registers are up-to-date and accurate, including validating required asset attributes and specifications.
- Collaborate with Vendor Network: Work with vendors to support asset data management and maintenance, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Provide Guidance and Training: Provide training and guidance to facilities staff on asset data collection, data quality checks, and asset register accuracy.
- Manage CMMS and PPM Data: Oversee the maintenance schedule within the CMMS using the vendor network, providing maintenance plans in the required format and ensuring they meet contractual and statutory requirements.
- Drive Asset Data Quality: Verify data accuracy between CMMS and LCAM, correct errors if needed, and compile reporting to meet asset management assurance framework requirements.
