Quantitative Researcher Role

As a Quantitative Researcher, you will apply mathematical and statistical techniques to analyze complex financial data, develop trading strategies, and optimize investment decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, and programming, with the ability to work with large datasets and implement algorithms to drive business outcomes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quantitative models to analyze market trends and optimize investment decisions.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and correlations, and develop insights to inform trading strategies.
  • Collaborate with traders and other researchers to design and implement new trading strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in quantitative research.
Requirements
  • Essential Qualifications:
  • PhD or equivalent degree in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, or related field.
  • Strong foundation in probability and statistics, with experience working with large datasets.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
