Role Overview

A quantitative trader plays a crucial role in developing and implementing trading strategies that drive profitability.

At our innovative firm, you will design and implement low-latency technologies, mathematical models, and trading strategies to provide competitive quotes for options market making.

Our flat structure encourages collaboration, cutting-edge technology, and data-driven solutions. You will work closely with your colleagues to create and implement ideas that improve profitability and automate trading signals.

As a quantitative trader, you will have the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of derivatives theory and financial markets, generate ideas on trading opportunities, product insights, risk management, and trading systems.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional experience in options trading or a related field
  • BS/MS/PhD in a technical field such as engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, physics, or similar
  • Advanced mathematics skills including calculus, probability, linear algebra, statistics, and optimization
  • Working knowledge of statistical analysis, numerical linear algebra, machine learning, or convex optimization
  • Intermediate programming skills in Python (C++ is a plus)
