Key Performance Insights Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Key Performance Insights Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development. You will work closely with internal teams to understand reporting needs and provide clear and reliable outputs.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain KPIs to measure business performance
  • Analyse large datasets to identify trends and insights
  • Design and implement dashboards to visualise key metrics
  • Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and provide tailored solutions
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in a reporting, data analyst, or BI role
  • Strong technical skills in Power BI, SQL, Excel, and OLAP tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
