Experienced Residential Strata Manager Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Strata Manager to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will work with professionals to promote company values: Professionalism, Integrity, Respect and Trust.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial buildings, including layered schemes and BMS systems.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and customer service skills.
- Prepare and distribute budgets, agendas, and minutes, while ensuring compliance with relevant legislative requirements.
- Attend meetings, both committee and general, to represent the interests of clients and stakeholders.
- Assist in the training and development of junior staff, including mentoring your own assistant.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Strata Manager.
- Experience with BMS and layered schemes.
- Strong understanding of strata legislation, including BCCM and BUGTA.
- Excellent customer service skills, including dispute resolution abilities.
- High attention to detail and exceptional time management skills.
