This is a role that requires dedication and passion to provide intensive therapeutic support to young people at risk.
As a Therapeutic Practice Coordinator, you will work closely with leadership and front-line teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
Responsibilities- Crisis Intervention: Develop and deliver Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) training packages and provide post-crisis responses following critical incidents.
- Case Review: Facilitate case review functions at a local level, providing recommendations and expertise in care planning.
- Advocacy: Be an advocate for the therapeutic needs of young people, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to promote best practice.
- You will be a passionate professional with excellent communication skills, able to articulate and inspire growth in others.
- You will be values-based, known for your professionalism, integrity, and trusted advice.
- You will have a genuine interest in making a difference in the lives of young people and our communities.
