We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation QA Analyst to join our team at Telstra Health Pty. As a key member of our software development lifecycle, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to release and support.
- Develop and execute test plans, both manual and automation, to ensure timely and thorough testing of software solutions.
- Collaborate with BA's, UX designers, and technical leads to understand and refine requirements and create acceptance test criteria for features.
- Hold a pivotal role in the successful delivery of quality solutions that meet customer needs and adhere to functional and non-functional requirements.
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, including exposure to all facets of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Ability to create comprehensive test plans and test web-based systems from all angles, from various browser and device platforms.
- Ability to document bugs and communicate defects effectively to developers.
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver with C#, Page Object Model, BDD, CodedUI, and programming skills using C#.
- API testing experience on web-based or mobile applications using tools like Postman.
- Knowledge of non-functional requirements of performance, scalability, and security concerns.
- Ability to write SQL database queries.
- Experience in writing manual test cases for complex requirements that cannot be covered by automation.
- Knowledge of agile software development principles and practices, experience working in an agile development team.
- Knowledge of Mobile application testing will be an advantage.
- Any cloud experience with Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and App Insights is considered desirable.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter will be an advantage.
- Experience working with offshore teams will be an advantage.
- Demonstrable experience with Unit Tests, Integration Tests, and end-to-end tests is desirable.
