Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance scheduling and planning department, you will play a critical role in driving service reliability, safety, and compliance for critical services across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and manage asset reliability risks that could impact Central Coast Council's ability to deliver its levels of service.
  • Collaborate with operations and asset teams to optimize interventions and achieve the lowest whole-of-life costs for the asset base.
  • Provide quality customer service and create value for the community.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A degree qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, combined with ongoing professional development.
  • A valid Construction General Induction Card (White Card) - NSW Safe Work or equivalent.
  • A current Class C Drivers Licence.
  • Strong experience in maintenance reliability methods.
  • The ability to identify and develop initiatives for continuous improvements.
