The Role
We are seeking two experienced Reliability Solutions Experts to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and safety of our critical services across the Coast. Your focus will be on achieving the lowest whole of life costs for our asset base by optimising interventions in consultation with the operations and asset teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service and create value for the community.
- Identify and manage asset reliability risks that could adversely affect our ability to deliver our levels of service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the reliability and efficiency of our assets.
- Collaborate with the operations and asset teams to optimise interventions and achieve the lowest whole of life costs for our assets.

Requirements
- A Degree qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering or related field, combined with ongoing professional development.
- A valid Construction General Induction Card (White Card) - NSW Safe Work or equivalent.
- A current Class C Drivers Licence.
- Strong experience in maintenance reliability methods.
- The ability to identify and develop initiatives for continuous improvements.

Benefits
- Competitive salary range between $99,700 and $119,600 per annum, plus 3.5% Civil Liability Allowance and 11.5% superannuation.
- Permanent full-time role with access to a 9-day fortnight and hybrid working conditions, including 2 days from home and 3 days onsite at the Nexus Business Hub, North Wyong.
