Job Responsibilities- Gather and verify invoices for accurate payment processing.
- Maintain up-to-date accounts receivable records, ensuring accurate aging, credits, and collections.
- Perform daily cash management duties, including bank deposits, cash receipt logs, and accounts receivable sub-ledger postings.
- Monitor and collect accounts receivable from both major and minor customers.
The successful candidate will have 6-24 months of Accounts Receivable experience, with exposure to collections for both minor and major customers. They will possess strong attention to detail, work with a sense of urgency, and have a drive to learn and improve.
