About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants/Disability Support Workers. In this role, you will provide personal care and support to clients in their homes and communities, promoting independence and dignity.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Supporting clients to participate in community activities and events
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A certificate in individual supports or aged care, or equivalent experience
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support
