Senior Retail Lead

We are seeking an experienced retail professional to lead our team and drive sales growth. As a Senior Retail Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing all aspects of the store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

About This Role
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Cultivate a culture of customer excellence, ensuring every customer receives a personalized and memorable luxury experience.
  • Drive sales and profitability by implementing effective strategies, analyzing performance data, and maximizing business opportunities.
  • Oversee all store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, compliance, and adherence to company procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of store strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance brand presence.
About You
  • You will be an experienced and results-driven retail leader with a passion for luxury and customer service.
  • You will have 5+ years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of success in a senior or flagship store management role, ideally in jewellery.
  • You will have exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • You will have strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a strategic mindset.
  • You will be able to work a flexible roster that includes weekdays and weekends.
