Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Finance Business Analyst to join our Property Finance team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management of our owned assets and employee office network. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality accounting and reporting, delivering insights that inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare property-focused month-end, year-end, and balance sheet reconciliations, reviewing performance vs. budget and generating actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with external partners to review current-year Net Rental Income (NRI) assumptions, update forecasts, and provide variance analysis and reporting.
  • Support annual budget preparation, including NRI, Depreciation, Overhead, and Disposal assumptions, as well as preparing and reviewing forecasts and providing insightful analysis and commentary.
  • Administer overhead costs, including accruals, recharges, variance analysis, and reporting.
  • Build strong relationships both internally and externally, drive efficiency through process engineering, and support change initiatives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • CA/CPA qualification (or studying) with an Undergraduate/Masters Degree in Accounting or similar.
  • Experience in preparing, developing, and analyzing key financial information.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Intermediate Excel skills, with experience in Google Sheets and SAP preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
