Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Support Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will provide essential financial services and support to our department, ensuring the efficient management of our resources.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present management reports and budgets, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Analyze and forecast budget data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

  • Support stakeholders across departments and externally, providing expert financial guidance and advice.
  • Maintain adherence to relevant financial regulations, legislation, and internal policies, ensuring compliance at all times.
  • Manage accounts payable, monitoring invoices, progressing them, and ensuring timely payments.
About the Ideal Candidate:

The successful candidate will possess excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and a solid understanding of fundamental financial concepts. Attention to detail is crucial, as is the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment. Experience with SAP S/4HANA and overseeing corporate finances is highly advantageous.
