Executive Director Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our leadership team and drive strategic change in education.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing complex projects and leading high-performing teams.

This is an Aboriginal identified role, and we encourage applications from suitably qualified candidates who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander.

About the Role

You will be responsible for developing and implementing customised programs to build the capability of teachers and school leaders.

This includes leadership of key portfolios in Aboriginal Education including literacy and numeracy, explicit teaching, Highly Gifted Potential Education, curriculum support P-12 and senior pathways.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience at a senior level in the management of a large complex organisation.

You will be an effective communicator, able to balance tactical execution with strategic vision, and have demonstrated capacity to lead staff in implementing departmental policies and strategies.

You will also hold a valid clearance to work with children (Working with Children Check) and a valid NSW Driver's license.
