Warehouse Operations Associate

This role involves working as a Warehouse Operations Associate, supporting the Logistics and Inventory team in handling inbound shipments, storing, and shipping of equipment in our warehouse.
You will be responsible for participating in all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, inspecting, capturing and verifying incoming shipments.
Key Responsibilities- Manage inventory levels, track stock movements and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines and customer requirements
- Pick, pack and prepare orders for shipment
- Assist with receiving, inspecting and processing returns
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Proven ability to work autonomously and under tight timeframes
- Ability to lift 15 kgs and stand for extended periods
