**Warehouse Operations Associate Role:**

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to join our warehouse team as a Warehouse Operations Associate.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Pick, pack, and ship products efficiently according to order instructions.
  • Ensure accurate counting and labeling of products for loading onto transportation vehicles.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment adhering to company health and safety standards.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Diploma in Warehousing or Logistics is preferred but not essential.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role handling metal products manually and via forklifts etc.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems such as SAP.
  • Knowledge of 5S principles is desirable.

**Career Development Opportunities:**

  • Within the first quarter, complete our onboarding program and gain a solid understanding of warehouse operations.
  • Within 6 months, identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency.
  • Within a year, demonstrate leadership skills by mentoring junior colleagues and taking ownership of project initiatives.
