Lead Maintenance Professional Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Professional to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to take on a key role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our luxury apartment complex.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and having a working knowledge of all building mechanical systems, performing minor property repairs, and maintaining an adequate inventory of supplies. They will also be required to maintain gardens and entrance ways, work closely with the General Manager to establish sound resident relations, and inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to determine the necessity of repairs or maintenance.

  • Maintain and have a working knowledge of all building mechanical systems.
  • Perform minor property repairs (e.g. light bulbs etc)
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of supplies
  • Maintain gardens and entrance ways
  • Work closely with the General Manager to establish sound resident relations.
  • Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to determine the necessity of repairs or maintenance.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs
  • Prepare and administer contracts for the provision of property services such as cleaning, maintenance, and security services.
  • Other maintenance/compliance duties as required

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience and background in all areas of maintenance. Qualifications in trade or trade related enterprises are essential, as well as basic computer skills and excellent communication skills. A valid Drivers license is also required.
