Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our dynamic retail team. This is a part-time position requiring 27 hours of work per week, with a flexible roster from Sunday to Thursday.

  • This role involves leading and inspiring your team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

  • You will drive a high-performing team through effective coaching and product knowledge, using your passion for selling to motivate your team members.

  • Maintaining store operations, including stock management and visual merchandising, is also an essential aspect of this role.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need previous experience in people management, coaching, and delivering feedback. You should be able to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines when required.
