Assistant Store Manager Role

About the Position

This is a part-time role, 24 hours/week, in which you will work closely with the store management to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and create memorable customer connections.
  • Assist in training and development of the team to achieve business objectives.
  • Previous experience with visual merchandising is highly desirable.
  • Manage high stock volumes and process deliveries efficiently.
  • Be self-motivated and able to multi-task during quieter periods.
  • Communicate effectively and delegate tasks accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager on operational tasks.
