About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Information Management Coordinator to join our team at Webuild S.p.A. in a challenging and remote area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the document control function for all in-bound and out-bound official department related documents and files.
  • Coordinate Aconex Remediation activities.
  • Coordinate interface between Cooma and Site Document Controllers
  • Assist in coordination of handover activities
  • Prepare monthly reports to internal management
  • Working closely with Document and Handover Manager to prepare department forecasts
Requirements
  • Recognised tertiary qualifications within a relevant field of study, preferred but not essential
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Administration
  • White Card
  • 15+ yrs. experience in Information Management, Document Control, and Handover
  • Experience working on large scale projects (Oil and Gas, Mining, Infrastructure)
  • Expert knowledge of EDMS systems and good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Acrobat etc
Competencies
  • Process oriented
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across different levels
  • Sound interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Ability to work to deadlines and targets and can prioritise tasks under pressure
