About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you work collaboratively with our team to ensure our freezers and chilled sections are fully stocked and meet our high standards. You will be responsible for providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy and pace, taking pride in your work and being knowledgeable about our products, and being proactive and willing to help customers with their queries.

  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service by working efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Taking ownership of your work and staying up-to-date on product knowledge to provide informed advice to customers
  • Being proactive and willing to assist colleagues with their tasks and responsibilities as needed
  • Working safely and responsibly in a cold environment for extended periods
  • Being physically active and able to work on your feet for long periods, with some moderate to heavy lifting and reaching required
  • Availability to work flexible hours across our store trading days, including days, evenings and weekends
