We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Lead to join our Melbourne Operations team. Reporting into the Production lead, you will be responsible for providing essential support in SQP, planning, staffing, coordination, SAP, and budget adherence. This role will also serve as the on-site point of contact and play a key role in supporting NPD processes.

**_This role will assist the Production Lead in overseeing Bulla's Manufacturing sites in Mulgrave and Dandenong and will require travel between the two._**

**_What's the Scoop?_**
- Working with direction from the Production Lead to support the effective operation of the site and relevant department by dealing with the day to day issues that arise.
- Support the delivery of year on year objectives for safety, quality, cost, reliability and delivery aligned with the overall Operations Strategy.
- Support the roll out plans for safety, quality, and operational excellence, training, auditing, delivery and cost.
- Support the NPD team with the scoping phase and transition of products through the stage gate process into Operations.
- Support Transformation initiatives across Operations.
- Support the Training Coordinators with the training and competency assessments for relevant teams.
- Support with required SAP entries

**_What _**You'll Bring**:

- Dairy manufacturing knowledge is essential
- Demonstrated production or manufacturing knowledge.
- Knowledge and experience within SAP
- Current Australian driver's license and roadworthy vehicle
- Strong leadership skills with the capacity to positively influence people and to initiate and deliver change independently or through teamwork.
- Ability to work cross functionally and engage broadly within the business.
- Knowledge and desire to learn the operational methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and writing)
- Commitment to and capacity for personal development.
- Demonstrated logical and lateral thinking skills with a capacity for innovation.
