Our company is seeking a Business Development Professional to play a major part in developing and maintaining relationships with our customers.

The ideal candidate will work directly with our customers to grow their business and ours, through developing growth strategies for practices, upskilling practice staff on the benefits of our products, and working closely with our teams to ensure a high level of service and support.

  • Protecting core business operations
  • Growing market share and hunting out new business opportunities

To achieve this, you will require:

  1. A vehicle and current open driver's license
  2. Experience working with practice staff, either in a sales role or working in a practice
  3. Ability to analyse sales data and convert to actionable insights
  4. 3+ years in optical sales (lens, customer service, lab or retail)
  5. Strong Excel and Microsoft suite skills
  6. Effective communication and relationship management skills
  7. Excellent business acumen and understanding of pricing strategy and margins
  8. Ability to train and upskill product knowledge to groups and individuals
