About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties and drive growth through client relationships and new opportunities.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities- Building and maintaining client relationships to understand their needs
- Identifying and cultivating new investment opportunities
- Conducting routine property inspections
- Managing debtors
- Preparing documents for landlords and tenants
- Collaborating with our team to explore innovative opportunities
- Maximising promotional opportunities, including participation in field days and community events
To succeed in this role, you should:
- Have a solid understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation
- Hold a current driver's license
- Be detail-oriented, enthusiastic, energetic, and well-organized
- Be tech-savvy, resourceful, and forward-thinking
- Be a licensed Property Manager or willing to obtain a license with our support
