We welcome applications from experienced Mobile Plant Operators for immediate starts in the Mackay QLD area. This role will involve laying asphalt for local regional works, operating mobile plant machinery, and performing labouring duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Laying Asphalt for local regional works
  • Operation of Mobile Plant Machinery
  • Labouring in crew cleaning and preparing site for asphalt works and cleaning up rubble and debris
  • Operate hand and power tools of all types

Requirements:

  • A current C Class License
  • Ability to work away from home for various periods of time
  • Truck License (MR/HR/HC/MC) desirable
  • Experience operating Civil Mobile Plant Equipment - Roller, Front end Loader, Skid Steer and Tractors
  • Ability to pass a Police check and Drug and Alcohol test
  • Be available to start immediately
  • Physically fit and comfortable working in hot conditions
  • The ability to work as part of the team or independently
  • Comfortable with Heavy Lifting
  • Available Monday - Sunday
  • Reliable & punctual

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for a challenging and rewarding role in the construction industry. As a Mobile Plant Operator, you will be working on various projects in the Mackay QLD area, including laying asphalt for local regional works. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience, and work as part of a dynamic team.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. A generous benefits package is also included.
