Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team in achieving production targets through hands-on support.
  • Attend regular Production meetings to discuss progress and goals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and external contractors to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Coordinate with Engineers and Certifiers to manage council approval processes.
  • Manage warranty repairs with clients and the factory foreman.
  • Evaluate and optimize raw material supply to maintain uninterrupted production.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, staff training/development, and operational cost reduction.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in the manufacturing or construction industries.
  • Motivation to develop valuable project management skills.
  • Strong time management and attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to integrate and motivate others.
