Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Lease and Accounts Administrator to join our team at Colliers. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our property managers and large portfolio clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Deliver exceptional service to landlords, tenants, and team members, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lease Administration: Assist with the scheduling and execution of rent reviews, lease expiries, and the preparation of key documents, including lease agreements and renewal notices.
  • Financial Management: Perform data entry, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable tasks, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Compliance: Maintain compliance registers for over 1,000 tenants, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Business Development: Collaborate on proposals for new management opportunities, identifying and pursuing new business leads.
  • Communication: Monitor and manage a high volume of emails, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Documentation: Prepare REIQ and other property-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Positive Attitude: Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to adapt to fluctuating workloads.
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, or the ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Attention to Detail: Exhibit excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and an ability to stay organized during high-demand periods.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrate a team-oriented approach with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
