We are seeking a skilled and detail-focused Electrical Drafter to join our team in delivering detailed electrical documentation for building services projects.
About The Role
This role involves working as part of a skilled team to deliver detailed electrical drawings, schematics, layouts, and models using Revit. You will collaborate closely with engineers and other discipline drafters to ensure accuracy and integration across services.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and coordinate detailed electrical drawings, schematics, layouts, and models using Revit software.
- Collaborate with engineers and other discipline drafters to ensure accuracy and integration across services.
- Maintain and update Revit models, drawing sheets, and standard templates.
- Implement drafting and modelling standards to ensure consistency across projects.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and consultants during the design process.
- Support documentation for all stages of project delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 4+ years' experience in electrical drafting for building services.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems within building design.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation quality.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Relevant qualifications in drafting, engineering, or design technology.
