About the Role:

The successful applicant will be responsible for making contact with potential customers who have expressed interest in solar energy solutions and scheduling face-to-face appointments for our field sales team. With a strong focus on customer service, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with expert advice and guidance throughout the sales process.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Make initial contact with potential customers via phone or email
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on solar energy solutions
  • Schedule face-to-face appointments for our field sales team
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a seamless sales experience

What We Offer:

As a valued member of our team, you will receive comprehensive training on our products and services, as well as ongoing phone sales coaching and support from your manager and colleagues. You will also have the opportunity to earn a generous hourly rate of $30 per hour, plus commission, and participate in daily sales incentives to boost your earnings.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a phone-based role or sales environment preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
