At Firesoft People, we're seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation Director to spearhead our organization's next phase of digital capabilities.

This pivotal role demands strategic leadership and technical expertise to oversee the delivery of large-scale projects with significant business criticality. The ideal candidate will ensure that results contribute positively to the company's value and meet agreed scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives by leveraging Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple delivery outcomes across the portfolio, guiding junior project managers and delivery teams to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Develop and implement resource management strategies, including supply chain optimization and matrix line management.
  • Select and evaluate project resources, ensuring optimal allocation and sharing of resources across projects.
  • Manage performance evaluation and development of team members, promoting growth and capability development.
  • Negotiate partnerships with external suppliers and foster customer relationships through effective communication.
  • Prepare and present regular portfolio reporting, highlighting progress, performance, and health metrics.

About You:

  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in managing complex programs within financial services, preferably with digital banking expertise.
  • Proven track record of delivering change through Agile methodologies and operating models.
  • Experience in budget management exceeding $5 million.
  • Agile certification (SAFe desirable).
  • Demonstrated success in delivering change through various third-party vendors.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, reflecting your exceptional skills and experience.
