Media Activation Leader

This role oversees delivery across a team of professionals responsible for implementation planning and activation strategies. The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading meetings with clients, presenting to multiple stakeholders, and supervising team workflow to ensure client demands are met, team workloads are balanced, and effective collaboration between team members and key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement media plans and activations
- Advise clients on media channels and best-in-class approaches
- Roll out clients' communications plans into media
- Manage client budgets and resources effectively
- Lead a team of specialists in biddable media channels and provide training and upskilling opportunities
The successful candidate will have a great attitude, attention to detail, the ability to work autonomously, and be comfortable leading client meetings and presenting to multiple stakeholders. Passion for the industry with relevant experience and excitement to work with market-leading partners and technologies is also required.
