About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled individual to fill the role of Spatial Analyst. As part of our team, you will be working on various projects that involve the use of geographic information systems (GIS) to analyze and interpret data.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain industry experience and exposure to exciting projects. You will have the chance to work with consulting staff to highlight the benefits of GIS analysis for client outcomes and create visually appealing maps that meet corporate branding and client requirements.

  • Collaborate with consultants to develop GIS solutions for clients.
  • Design and implement spatial analysis techniques to extract meaningful insights from data.
  • Support geo-processing tasks, including complex spatial queries for map display and data extraction.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality cartographic products that adhere to corporate standards.
  • Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and geocoding of project-specific and corporate spatial data needs.

About You:

  • You hold a tertiary qualification in Geographic Information Systems or equivalent.
  • You have working knowledge of ESRI's ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, QGIS, and A.G.O.L, as well as the Microsoft desktop suite.
  • You possess experience with various spatial data types, including their creation and maintenance.
  • You are knowledgeable about good cartographic practices.
