About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to work in a stimulating and dynamic environment, assisting our experienced lawyers in obtaining justice for work-related injured clients. You will be responsible for liaising with clients, doctors, solicitors, and other stakeholders, as well as preparing court documents, briefs, and other legal materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients, doctors, solicitors, and other stakeholders to obtain information and documents
- Prepare court documents, briefs, and other legal materials
- Assist lawyers in preparing for court hearings and trials
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date client files
- Provide administrative support to the Personal Injury Law team
Requirements
- Minimum 18 months+ experience as a Legal Secretary or Paralegal in Personal Injury Law
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new software
- Excellent communication, time management, and people skills
- Adaptable and results-driven with a strong work ethic
