About the Opportunity

We are searching for a dynamic, outcome-driven, and experienced Senior Sales and Marketing Director to lead a high-performing team across both McKeon Group and Hereworks brands.

  • You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion across capital projects, recurring revenue streams, and product sales.
  • Reporting to: Group CEO Duties & Responsibilities Strategic Leadership:
    • Working with the Senior Executive team develop and implement long-term sales and marketing strategies aligned with McKeon Group's overall vision and goals, encompassing both McKeon Group and Hereworks brands.
    • Identify and prioritise new business opportunities across capital projects, recurring revenue, and product sales.
    • Analyse Market Trends to focus Business Development Opportunities and future Sales Strategies for the Group.
    • Produce and Report on Sales Strategies at a Group level.
  • Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of business development, marketing, bid, and estimating professionals with expertise in both McKeon Group and Hereworks.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and innovation within the sales and marketing team.
