About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Infrastructure Project Lead to join our Rail Operations hub in Western Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a large multidisciplinary team on a regional rail project, working with a team of technical experts to deliver a high portfolio of work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a large multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of the overall project scope within time, cost, quality, and safety requirements.
  • Drive high performance through collaboration, positive leadership, risk identification, and interface with clients and authorities.
  • Actively promote continuous improvement and innovation; seek to learn from experiences of self and others to find better ways of doing things.
  • Build balanced teams with the right skills and behaviours; invest time and energy to coach and develop talent.
  • The ability to work with and influence stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes for all parties.

About You

  • Extensive experience in leading multidisciplinary teams on complex infrastructure projects, managing multiple stakeholders.
  • A degree in engineering or construction management.
  • Experience working on SMP/civil construction projects in the mining and resources industry with a focus on bulk earthworks and concrete.
  • Extensive construction experience including construction planning and management, leading teams, budgeting and planning, procurement, risk management, client management, dispute/issue resolution.
  • You will have a communication style adaptable from dealing with technical to presenting information to asset owners/stakeholders.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 AUD, depending on experience. The location of the role is Western Australia.
