We are seeking an experienced Senior Maritime Infrastructure Project Lead to join our team in Perth, Australia.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in maritime design and infrastructure project management.

The successful candidate will lead large-scale, multi-discipline projects involving complex stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and technical expertise. Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering high-profile projects within budget and timelines while fostering collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders.

You will work closely with our experienced team of engineers and designers to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Your expertise in maritime infrastructure design, construction, and maintenance will be invaluable in driving our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead large-scale maritime infrastructure projects from feasibility to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets;
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance;
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams through effective communication and collaboration;
  • Conduct site visits, inspect project progress, and address any concerns or issues promptly;
  • Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging creative problem-solving and continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering;
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in maritime infrastructure design, construction, and project management;
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards;
  • Strong understanding of Australian and international maritime regulations and standards;
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
