The role of a Wills and Estate Solicitor involves advising clients on matters related to estate planning, wills, and estates. Our esteemed law firm in Sydney's Southern Suburbs is seeking a dedicated solicitor to provide expert legal advice and support to clients.
This exciting opportunity is ideal for a highly skilled solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' experience in Wills and Estates Planning. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, providing clear and concise explanations of legal concepts and options to clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and review complex documents, including wills, powers of attorney, and other estate planning instruments
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships based on trust and professionalism
- Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and best practice in estate planning
