Job Role:
A dedicated customer service professional is required to support our Loganholme clinic in Brisbane. The successful candidate will contribute to the success of our clinic, enhance customer experience, and help people access better hearing outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
- To work collaboratively with clinicians and hearing technicians to deliver high-quality hearing healthcare solutions for clients
- To learn about products, services, competitive advantages, and government funding programs to provide tailored client-specific sales strategies
- To apply client-centric sales approaches to ensure clients receive the best possible hearing solutions
