Municipal Services Engineer Opportunity

Are you a civil engineer with experience in municipal services? Do you have a passion for working with local governments to develop engineering solutions? We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Municipal Services Engineer to join our team.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced engineer who can work collaboratively with municipal staff to evaluate and develop engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience working as an engineer with or for local municipalities, providing civil engineering services, and knowledge of basic principles and experience with Stormwater management, water distribution, and wastewater collection systems.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working with municipal staff to evaluate and develop engineering solutions
  • Acting as an Engineering advisor and performing tasks as requested by the municipal staff
  • Serving as part-time staff to local municipality as required
  • Engaging municipal staff as required by the local municipality to complete assigned tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 4-year B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 2+ years of experience working as an Engineer with or for local municipalities
  • 2+ years of experience providing civil engineering services for local municipalities
  • Knowledge of basic principles and experience with Stormwater management, water distribution, and wastewater collection systems
