Job Description

This position entails providing high-quality, safe, and timely care to residents, focusing on meeting their individual needs and promoting their overall wellbeing. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering personal care services with empathy and understanding.
  • Assisting residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and self-determination are respected.
  • Supporting residents as they age, maintaining their independence, and enhancing their quality of life.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support.
  • Experience in a care role is highly regarded.
  • Valid working rights in Australia.
  • NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement).
  • Flu vaccinations (or willingness to obtain).
