Workday Functional Consultant Opportunity

FinXL by Randstad Digital is seeking a skilled Workday Functional Consultant to join our team in North Sydney and work from home. This is a 2-month contract with the possibility of extension.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Workday Functional Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and management of the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday functional change, design, and configuration changes, as well as experience in liaising between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and configure Workday HCM system to meet client needs
  • Lead the implementation of Workday system upgrades and new feature implementations
  • Manage Workday system upgrades and new feature implementations
  • Liaise with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure optimal system performance
  • Provide expert advice on Workday system configuration and optimization

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Experience leading design, configuration, and management of Workday HCM systemHands-on experience with Workday functional change, design, and configuration changesExperience in liaising between business stakeholders and technical teamsWorkday certification would be an advantage
