Role Summary
">- We are seeking a professional educator to lead our Mathematics and Religious Education programs.
About the Role
">This is an opportunity for a dedicated and visionary individual to exercise educational leadership in our learning area, driving improvement in teaching and learning. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing high-quality curriculum programs aligned with Victorian Curriculum and College values.
">Main Responsibilities
">- Curriculum Development: Design and implement engaging and challenging curriculum programs that meet the needs of all students.
- Teaching and Learning: Champion evidence-based teaching practices that inspire learning and lift student outcomes.
- Mentorship and Collaboration: Mentor and empower staff through collaboration, professional growth, and shared expertise.
- Operational Leadership: Oversee operations including assessment, reporting, audits, excursions, resources, and budgeting with efficiency and vision.
- Student Engagement: Create opportunities for students to extend their learning beyond the classroom.
- Events and Communications: Coordinate exams, support awards, and showcase learning through communications and events.
