Christmas Helper Job Opportunity

Are you looking for a job that brings joy and festive cheer to customers during the holiday season? We are seeking charismatic and cheerful Christmas Helpers to join our team at our store in NSW Broadway.

This is a casual position working over the Christmas period, from 15 December 2025 to 4 January 2026, including weekends and evenings. As a Christmas Helper, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining store displays, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent customer service skills, be adaptable and flexible, and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be available for extended periods of time, including evenings and weekends.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their purchases
  • Maintain store displays and ensure they are visually appealing
  • Assist with operational tasks such as unpacking, replenishing stock, and visual merchandising
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service

We offer a competitive salary based on the General Retail Industry Award, plus benefits including a 30% staff discount on full price items and an additional 15% on reduced items from Day 1.
