About the Role

We are seeking charismatic and cheerful individuals to join our team as Christmas Helpers. This is a seasonal opportunity to add a joyful touch to customers' homes during the festive season.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with a passion for excellent service, love homewares and all things Christmas
  • Bring positive energy, confidence and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide engaging and efficient point-of-sale service
  • Support operational tasks such as unpacking, replenishing stock and visual merchandising to keep stores appealing

Requirements

  • Candidates should have a passion for customer service, love homewares and all things Christmas
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
