Property Inspector

We are seeking a skilled Property Inspector to join our team in Cairns. As a Property Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting audits and reviews of property condition data and condition appraisals.

• Conduct thorough property inspections to assess condition and identify potential issues.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including customers, councils, and communities.
• Update departmental information systems with accurate and timely data.
• Work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander customers, to communicate sensitive information.
• Collaborate with small teams to achieve expected outcomes in rural, remote, and discrete locations.

To be successful in this role, you will have a trade background and the ability to travel as required. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
